Self-catering villas in the small resort of Cala San Vicente, Pollença in the north of Majorca. 

Spacious two or three-bedroom villa (170m2) with a privileged position on a pine-clad hillside close to the beach. It is situated at a five-minute walk from both the sea and the village. Pollença, the main village of the area, is at 6 km and its Port is at 7 km. The houses are placed in an exclusive estate of twelve villas, surrounded by a wonderful native plant garden. Its wide swimming pool with a large terrace with sunbeds is the perfect spot to sunbathe and relax.There are several paths which would take you to the Can Botana forest, a place where time seems to have stopped.

These cozy houses are fully furnished and decorated. On the ground floor there is a spacious two storey living and dining room with sofas, coffee tables, a dining table with chairs and a fireplace there is also a small toilet and a kitchen. There are two big outdoor terraces in each house, at the front and at the rear, equipped with sunbeds, a barbeque and a dining table with chairs. On the upper floor depending on your choice of a two-bedroom or three-bedroom house, you will find two bedrooms in the former, a large toilet and a wide terrace whereas, in the other one there are three bedrooms, one is ensuite, a large bathroom and a terrace. All the bedrooms have twin beds. An extra bed, a cradle or a highchair can be arranged. Two of the villas have an extra bedroom on the ground floor. 

 

As electric appliances go, there is internet TV, electric cooker, oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, blender and toaster. Dinner service, cutlery and household linen are provided. A hairdryer. There are plenty of cupboards, chest of drawers, wardrobes and a safe. A/C in the living and bedrooms. High speed internet, each villa has its own WiFi and there is one for the pool and garden area.
